Timber offers a delectable menu that combines the best of grilled techniques with seasonal dishes, catering to both vegetarians and meat enthusiasts.
Nestled in the iconic Sonian Forest, the place previously known as Royale Belge has been thoughtfully redesigned by Lionel Jadot and his collaborators.
Timber is open for lunch from Tuesday to Friday and for dinner from Wednesday to Saturday, serving seasonal dishes with a smoky twist, alongside a fine selection of wines and cocktails.
At Timber, we offer an adult-exclusive dining experience designed for tranquility and relaxation. To maintain this atmosphere, we kindly ask that guests be 12 years or older.
Last order on Wed & Thu is 9pm and on Fri & Sat is 9.30pm.

Timber can welcome groups from 10 to up to 30 guests from Monday to Saturday. Groups of more than 30 guests can be accommodated by fully privatizing the venue when available.
