Kids are allowed in the whole house at the exception of the Gym & Wellness and Timber at night.

PETS
Please note that pets are not allowed inside the house.

Smoking is strictly prohibited in the Mix.
-A €150 fine will be imposed if guests are found smoking without triggering the fire alarm.
-In the event that the fire alarm is activated due to smoking, a €500 fine will be imposed.

You are never alone, but in case of emergency call 112.
The entire Mix is equipped with fire alarms and automatic extinguishers.

We will soon be introducing a luggage storage service, but as of now, it is not available. However, for a brief period, guests can leave a small bag at the reception, but please be advised that it will not be under the hotel’s responsibility.

The card reader for electricity is situated at the entrance of the room housed within a small black box.

The blinds descend at 7pm. To enjoy the outside view, simply reach the switch on your headboard.

To power on the Marshall speaker, simply press and hold the power button during 3 seconds.

Please keep in mind that you’re not the only guest in the hotel, and musical preferences may vary among others!

Our housekeeping team works every day for our comfort, they will clean our room from 9am to 5 pm. Bed sheets will be changed every 3 days and bath towels whenever you leave them on the floor.

If you don’t require cleaning services, simply hang the ‘Do Not Clean’ sign on your door. This way, no one will enter your room or disturb you. As a bonus, you’ll receive a complimentary drink (beer, wine or soft) to enjoy at Romeo.

To use, please insert your 4-digit code and # and the safe will be locked! If you have any difficulty, let our reception team know.

Do you need a crib and did not have the opportunity to let us know before check-in? Do not hesitate to contact reception, we will be happy to put it in your room, subject to availability.

We collaborate with the company WOSH. To avail our laundry service, please request a laundry bag at the reception, drop it off before 6 pm, and your clothes will be returned clean within 24 hours. Please note that this service is not available during the weekend.

The tap water at Mix is of excellent quality and can be consumed from all faucets. You’ll find a glass bottle in your room; please leave it there.

Feel free to enjoy complimentary coffee and tea in the lobby daily until 11 am. Please note that tea and coffee are included only if you have purchased breakfast.

Every day at Romeo, you can enjoy a hot continental breakfast buffet. It’s always better to book in advance, but you can also just pass by and bill on your room.
