Nestled in the magnificent Mix, the Royale Belge building is home to Timber, our brasserie fine. Thoughtfully designed by artist Lionel Jadot, the restaurant radiates a vibrant and bold atmosphere. With a daring menu that reimagines the classics, Timber offers cuisine inspired by Belgian traditions, highlighting iconic Belgian flavors and supporting small producers.

Group booking & events
Timber accommodates groups of 10 to 30 guests daily, with the option for larger groups to privatize the venue.
