Nestled in the magnificent Mix, the Royale Belge building is home to Timber, our brasserie fine. Thoughtfully designed by artist Lionel Jadot, the restaurant radiates a vibrant and bold atmosphere. With a daring menu that reimagines the classics, Timber offers cuisine inspired by Belgian traditions, highlighting iconic Belgian flavors and supporting small producers.

Members Lunch
Enjoy our weekly exclusive offer at €26 per person (instead of €35) for a starter and main course or a main course and dessert.
The main course features the Chef’s weekly suggestion, always including a vegetarian option, served within 45 minutes.
Simply present your Members bracelet to benefit. The offer applies to the entire table (up to 9 guests) and cannot be combined with the Club discount.
Group booking & events
Timber accommodates groups of 10 to 30 guests daily, with the option for larger groups to privatize the venue.
- LUNCH: Choice of a 2-course or 3-course menu, including wine, water, and coffee/tea.
- DINNER: 3-course menu with shared starters and desserts, plus an individual main course. Includes water and coffee/tea.
