Timber take over
From April 9th to 12th, we are thrilled to welcome Chef Alonso Madrigal from the iconic Malix as he takes over the kitchen at Timber for an unforgettable dining experience! Chef Alonso Madrigal creates a seasonal menu that combines traditional Mexican techniques with global influences.

Group booking & events
Timber accommodates groups of 10 to 30 guests daily, with the option for larger groups to privatize the venue.
- LUNCH: Choice of a 2-course or 3-course menu, including wine, water, and coffee/tea.
- DINNER: 3-course menu with shared starters and desserts, plus an individual main course. Includes water and coffee/tea.
