Friday November 29

CHECK-IN AND ARRIVAL / FROM 12PM TO 2.30PM.
You can check in at the hotel and gain access to your room to settle in and explore the schedule. Take advantage of our Gym & Wellness facilities during this time. Enjoy some free time for lunch, familiarize yourself with the schedule.

START UNPLUG&REBOOT WEEKEND ACTIVITIES / 2.30PM.

Welcome drinks and sport session / Start with some drinks followed by a Tone Flow session.
Evening dinner / At Joule, a shared table experience featuring green cuisine, a selection of white wine, and non-alcoholic kefir.
Activity / Welcome Circle session to break the ice and foster connection.

 

Every day, you’ll have ample free time to utilize the Gym & Wellness facilities until 10PM, indulge in à la carte massages, and participate in optional group classes. We provide healthy snacks and drinks to keep you energized throughout your stay.

Saturday November 30

MORNING / STARTING 8AM.

Early morning snack / at Joule.
Yoga and journaling / Begin the day with a calming yoga session, followed by a cycling ride for all levels. Let go with reflective journaling, designed to help you unplug and find balance in both body and mind.
Nutritious breakfast and lunch / at Joule, a variety of sweet and savory choices.

–  Afternoon Activities / Kick off with an energizing HIIT workout, followed by an insightful nutrition workshop. Enjoy a refreshing nature walk and some free time to recharge.

Evening diner / Gather at Timber restaurant to enjoy sharing plates, small dishes, and desserts in intimate groups.
Activity / Enjoy a relaxing sound bath.

 

During the day, you’ll have ample free time to utilize the Gym & Wellness facilities until 10PM, indulge in à la carte massages, and participate in optional activities. We provide healthy snacks and drinks to keep you energized throughout your stay.

Sunday December 1

MORNING / STARTING 8AM.

Early morning snack / At Joule.
Activity / Unwind with breathwork and strengthen with Pilates Reformer.
Brunch / Wrap up the weekend with a delicious brunch buffet at Romeo.

AFTERNOON.

Goodbye circle and free time / Take some time to relax in the Gym & Wellness before returning to reality.

 

You’ll have sufficient free time to check out of your room by noon. Rest assured, you’ll retain access to the Gym & Wellness facilities and group classes until the end of the day (10pm).

Richaad

Ricky’s mantra is to “Push Pull Stretch Wiggle Bend Twist Invert MOVE” while focusing on tight bellies and deep breaths. Join Ricky for a musical journey of mindful movement and self-discovery!

– Location / Find Mix at Boulevard du Souverain, 1170 Brussels.

– Parking / Covered onsite parking managed by Indigo not included in packages.

– Participants need not worry about anything as we cover food, accommodation, snacks, and activities. It’s an all inclusive package.
– Massages and treatments are available for an additional fee.
Access to Mix facilities is available from Friday at 12pm until Sunday at 10pm.
Room access is provided from Friday at 12pm until Sunday at 12pm.
