Friday November 1

CHECK-IN AND ARRIVAL / FROM 1PM TO 3PM.
You can check in at the hotel and gain access to your room to settle in and explore the schedule. Take advantage of our Gym & Wellness facilities during this time. Enjoy some free time for lunch, familiarize yourself with the schedule.

START TRIATHLON WEEKEND ACTIVITIES / 3PM.

– Welcome Coffee & Swim Session: Start with a welcome coffee followed by an introductory swim focused on refining swim technique.

– Evening Dinner: Enjoy a shared table experience at Joule, featuring a green cuisine menu accompanied by a selection of white wine and non-alcoholic kefir.

– Chill & Stretching Classes: Unwind with group classes focused on relaxation and stretching.

Every day, you’ll have ample free time to utilize the Gym & Wellness facilities until 10PM, indulge in à la carte massages, and participate in optional group classes. We provide healthy snacks and drinks to keep you energized throughout your stay.

Saturday November 2

– Early Morning Snack & Breakfast

– Run & Outdoor Ride: Kick off the day with a sober wake-up run, approximately 8km, followed by a 100km outdoor ride with an assistance car for support. The route will be rolling, and riders can choose from three different pace groups based on experience and level. The support car will provide help with materials.

– Nutritious Lunch: Refuel with a hot meal at a local restaurant during the ride.

– Afternoon Activities: Optional recovery sessions including bike cleaning and check-up, ice baths, Theraguns, and access to fully equipped spa and open gym.

– Evening Dinner: Gather at Timber restaurant to enjoy sharing plates, small dishes, and desserts in intimate groups.

– Physiotherapist optimisation: Wind down with a relaxing group class, followed by a talk from a physiotherapist on wellbeing and performance optimization.

During the day, you’ll have ample free time to utilize the Gym & Wellness facilities until 10PM, indulge in à la carte massages, and participate in optional activities. We provide healthy snacks and drinks to keep you energized throughout your stay.

Sunday November 3

– Early Morning Snack & Breakfast

– Brick Workout: Engage in a brick workout consisting of a run followed by an in or outdoor ride. The brick workout helps improve endurance and transitions between disciplines, essential for triathletes.

– Optional Outdoor Ride 50km & Swim: Take part in an optional indoor swim session to improve technique and build stamina.

– Goodbye Snacks & Free Time: Enjoy farewell snacks and relax with some free time to unwind.

You’ll have sufficient free time to check out of your room by noon. Rest assured, you’ll retain access to the Gym & Wellness facilities and group classes until the end of the day (10pm).

We are thrilled to welcome Morgane de Halleux from AERO STORIES as our special guests. AERO STORIES unites both experienced and beginner athletes for good experiences. Morgane, a cycling specialist, competes as a semi-pro with the Belgian Lead Out team.

Solange de Theux

We are excited to welcome Solange from Aero Stories, a specialist in wellbeing, massage therapy, and nutrition, Solange will guide you through a holistic wellness experience.

Martin Costa

Martin is driven by a desire for continuous self-improvement. His fitness regimen includes a balanced mix of swimming, running, cycling, and other disciplines. He believes that long-term consistency is far more valuable than short bursts of intensity. As an expert swim coach and seasoned Ironman competitor, he brings a wealth of experience to his training approach.

Cédric Alby

Cédric, our passionate bike enthusiast, dedicated to getting more people on two wheels. Specializing in leading gravel and outdoor rides. He emphasizes thorough pre-ride preparation and believes that post-workout recovery is just as essential as the ride itself. Whether you're a seasoned cyclist or new to the sport, he will guide and support you through every mile.

Gaspard Dehaspe

We are pleased to introduce Gaspard Dehaspe, a physiotherapist specializing in running technique, who will lead the Performance optimization talk.

Louis Wybaux

Louis, our dedicated pool manager and passionate triathlete, is here to inspire and push you beyond your limits. Specializing in short-distance running and challenging hilly trails, Louis will be with you throughout the entire weekend, providing support and motivation every step of the way.

Join 30 triathletes for a weekend of training, starting with a brick workout and an outdoor ride supported by a follow-up car. Enjoy a recovery stretching session, delicious meals, and full access to the gym, wellness facilities, and group fitness classes throughout the weekend. Plus, attend an insightful talk on performance and wellbeing.

– Location / Find Mix at Boulevard du Souverain, 1170 Brussels.

– Parking / Covered onsite parking managed by Indigo not included in packages.
– Participants need not worry about anything as we cover food, accommodation, snacks, and activities. It’s an all inclusive package.
– Massages and treatments are available for an additional fee.
Access to Mix facilities is available from Friday at 1pm until Sunday at 8pm.
Room access is provided from Friday at 1pm until Sunday at 12pm.
