Choose between Watt or Rhythm for 50 minutes or extended classes.
Watt: High-energy cardio workout on the bike, designed to raise your rate, conquer climbs and boost your RPM.
Rhythm: Move, dance, ride to your favorite beats. Unlike our WATT class, members follow along to a fun, choreographed ride that blends cycling with dance.
BURN STUDIO
High intensity & circuit training.
The high-intensity studio for challenging workouts. That’s the place where the heart races and your muscles shake. Members are expected to run on one side and workout on the other side with weights or bodyweights.
