Mix is happy to welcome Aurélie Louise-Alexandre as our special guest facilitator from Paris.
She is a Nike Well Collective trainer and founded Flawless Yoga, a yoga where everyone is welcome, and incorporates sound healing and Thai massage in her classes (get ready for a treat!)Â
Jenn Becq
Our Studio Coordinator Jenn will be there to guide you throughout the Mix all weekend long.
Get ready for an energetic and fun pilates class with her!
CHECK-IN AND ARRIVAL / FROM 12AM TO 3PM.
You can check in at the hotel and gain access to your room to settle in and explore the schedule. Take advantage of our Gym & Wellness facilities during this time. Enjoy some free time for lunch, familiarize yourself with the schedule.
START WELLBEING WEEKEND ACTIVITIES / 3PM.
– Activity / Yoga session, welcome and restore.
– Evening diner / At Joule, a shared table experience featuring green cuisine, a selection of white wine, and non-alcoholic kefir.
– Activity / Welcome Circle session to break the ice and foster connection.
Every day, you’ll have ample free time to utilize the Gym & Wellness facilities until 10PM, indulge in à la carte massages, and participate in optional group classes. We provide healthy snacks and drinks to keep you energized throughout your stay.
MORNING / STARTING 8AM.
– Early morning snack / at Joule.
– Activity / Group class.
– Nutritious breakfast / at Joule, a variety of sweet and savory choices.
AFTERNOON.
– Activities/Group classes / Workshop, nature walk, free time, to be determined
EVENING.
– Evening diner / At Timber restaurant, savor sharing plates, dishes, and desserts in small groups.
– Activity / Relaxing group class.
During the day, you’ll have ample free time to utilize the Gym & Wellness facilities until 10PM, indulge in à la carte massages, and participate in optional activities. We provide healthy snacks and drinks to keep you energized throughout your stay.

– Early morning snack / At Joule.
– Activity / Group class.
– Brunch buffet / at Romeo.
AFTERNOON.
– Activity / Goodbye circle and free time.
You’ll have sufficient free time to check out of your room by noon. Rest assured, you’ll retain access to the Gym & Wellness facilities and group classes until the end of the day (10pm).
