Vinyasa & hatha yoga

Start your day with a long, invigorating, and relaxing yoga practice to make you feel good. A blend of hatha and vinyasa will be offered.

Yin & Sound healing

Pure relaxation surrounded by Anna’s crystal bowls. Sound healing is a therapeutic method that uses sound vibrations to access mental well-being.

Pilates Reformer

Mind, body, and spirit practice with benefits that include improved posture, better coordination and balance, increased lung capacity, improved focus.

Anna Ilkovics

Specializes in Meditation and Crystal Sound Healing, aiming to infuse more Yin into our Yang-centric world. Her approach is immersive, caring, and inclusive, creating a harmonious space for individuals.

Ornella Altenloh

Ornella will be teaching morning yoga. You will find her on our mats to reenergize the body, slow down mental activity, and relax.

Jenn Becq

Our studio coordinator, will lead the weekend and also teach her favorite class, pilates reformer. Jenn loves sharing her love of movement with others and is happy to be your Mix ambassador throughout your stay.

Florian Parra

Florian will be guiding you through an energizing morning yoga with props. He is inspired by life in general and loves sharing his authentic love for yoga with people of all levels and in all different phases in life.

 

Fiona Cappuyns

Throughout your stay, you will be accompanied by Fiona, a yoga and healthy cooking instructor who has already organized numerous well-being events.

Friday April 19th

CHECK-IN AND ARRIVAL / FROM 10AM TO 3PM.
 

You can check in at the hotel and gain access to your room to settle in and explore the schedule. Take advantage of our Gym & Wellness facilities during this time. Enjoy some free time for lunch, familiarize yourself with the schedule.

 
START WELLBEING WEEKEND ACTIVITIES / 3PM.
 
Activity / Yoga session, welcome and restore.
Evening diner / At Joule, a shared table experience featuring green cuisine, a selection of white wine, and non-alcoholic kefir.
Activity / Welcome Circle session to break the ice and foster connection.

 

Every day, you’ll have ample free time to utilize the Gym & Wellness facilities, indulge in à la carte massages, and participate in optional activities. We provide healthy snacks and drinks to keep you energized throughout your stay.

Saturday April 20th

MORNING / STARTING 8AM.
 
Early morning snack / herbal tea, fruits and nuts at Joule.
Activity / Energizing Morning Yoga.
Nutritive breakfast / at Joule, a variety of sweet and savory choices.

 
AFTERNOON.
 
Activity / Conscious outdoor meditation walk.
Activity / Nutricious cooking workshop.
Activity / Small group Pilates Reformer class.

 
EVENING.
 
Evening diner / At Timber restaurant, savor sharing plates, dishes, and desserts in small groups.
Activity / Sound healing session.

Sunday April 21st

Activity / Goodbye circle and free time.

 

You’ll have sufficient free time to check out of your room by noon. Rest assured, you’ll retain access to the Gym & Wellness facilities until the end of the day.

General information

– Location / Find Mix at Boulevard du Souverain, 1170 Brussels.
– This retreat is designed for a small group.
– Participants need not worry about anything as we cover food, accommodation, snacks, and activities. It’s an all inclusive package.
– Massages and treatments are available for an additional fee.
Access to Mix facilities is available from Friday at 10am until Sunday at 5pm.
Room access is provided from Friday at 10am until Sunday at 1pm.
