Iñaki Bolumburu, a chef from Derio near Bilbao, infuses his Basque roots into modern cuisine. Growing up in a region rich in gastronomy, he developed a deep respect for nature, blending tradition with skill in his dishes. His global journey through renowned restaurants shaped his nature-driven, sustainable culinary style. Now, as a nomadic chef, Iñaki shares his passion for local produce and pure flavors. Recently, he opened “Contrast,” a floating restaurant in Amsterdam, where he offers a unique dining experience inspired by his travels and dedication to nature.
