Led by Pierre-Yves, founder of @crossfitdansaert, with 12 years of experience, our head coach has selected a team of top-tier experts to guide you through your fitness journey, offering the best programming and events to come.

Boxing studio

Experience the benefits of our new boxing studio and take your fitness to the next level. Put on your gloves, improve your boxing skills and build strength and endurance. This level is accessible to everyone—no need to be a pro.
Equipment
The Basement is outfitted with full-size boxing bags, hydro bags, and specialized training gear, making it your ultimate boxing playground. At the heart of it all is our boxing ring, ready for action-packed Fight Nights.
Head coach
Led by our head coach @luis.gxj who brings 15 years of experience in combat sports, English boxing, Thai boxing, and MMA, and supported by a crew of expert coaches.
